Most of the Big Island of Hawaii is covered with lush tropical rain forest, mountains,
lava fields and beaches. Since the very first Hawaiian quilt was made,
this environment has been the inspiration for these beautiful designs.
If you have ever been to the islands, or even mentally entered a
photograph of this wonderful place, you can understand why we as
quilters have the desire to capture just a bit of it in fabric.
As you wander around the web site and get a taste of Hawaii and
Hawaiian quilting, there is a good chance that your creative juices

we have included a picture of a finished sample quilt with each

Visa and Master Charge and Credit Cards are accepted through a secure
checkout process. Most Charge Card purchases are processed
immediately. To ensure that your credit card is accepted, and to
avoid misuse of your card, please supply correct and current name
and credit card address information.
If you would prefer to give us your charge card information over
the phone, place your order using the shopping cart and select the
"phone checkout" option when you checkout. Then call us
with your credit card information. If you would prefer to order
by mail, please print, fill out, and mail our order
form.
An order can
be shipped to the same or different address. Shipping from Hawaii
can be expensive, so we offer our special All-You-Can-Order
for just $6.00. International orders are $24.00. The more you order,
the less you are charged for shipping each item.
We do our best to get your goodies in the mail within two days.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority.

Hawaiian Quilts
Hawaii motif, use of appliqué, and a repeated pattern in the
"snowflake" style are what make Hawaiian quilts unique. Often only
two or three different colored fabrics are used. In recent years, Hawaiian
quilters have pushed the envelope and experimented with a broad
choice of available fabrics, prints, threads, battings, backings,
bindings and just about anything that can be used to make a quilt. You can
do this too. But then, only if it is recognizable as a Hawaiian quilt,
is it a Hawaiian quilt.
